Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) helps explain our data practices, including the information we process to provide our services.

Our Privacy Policy talks about what information we collect and how this affects you. It also explains the steps we take to protect your privacy, such as structuring our Services so that we do not store delivered requests and messages and giving you control over who you communicate with through our Services.

Our updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy provide additional information about how we process your data and our commitment to privacy. For example, we've added information about the latest product features and functionality, how we process your data for safety, security, and integrity, and provide direct links to user settings and Help Center articles, as well as information about how to manage your data and direct links to user settings and Help Center articles.

Information We Collect

Mawgoud is required to receive or collect certain information to operate, provide, understand, customize, improve, market, and support our Services, including when you install, use, or access our Services.

The type of information we receive and collect depends on how you use our services. In order to provide our services, we require certain information and without that information we cannot provide our services. For example, to create an account to use our Services, you must enter your mobile phone number.

Our Services include optional additional features that require us to collect additional information in order to provide these features. You will be notified of these charges for this group. If you choose not to provide the information required to use a feature, you will not be able to use that feature. For example, you can only share your location with your contacts if you allow us to collect location data from your device. Permissions can be managed from the Settings menu on Android and iOS devices.

Information You Provide

• Information about your account. To create a Mawgoud account, you must enter your mobile phone number and basic information (including your desired profile name). If you do not enter this information, you will not be able to create an account to use our Services. You can add other information to your account, such as a profile picture and information about yourself.

• Transaction and payment data. When you use our payment services or use our services to make purchases or other financial transactions, we process additional information about you, including payment account and transaction information. Payment account and transaction information includes information necessary to complete the transaction, such as the payment method and transaction amount. If you use our payment services in your country or region, our privacy practices are described in the applicable payment privacy policy.

• Customer support and other communications. When you call or otherwise communicate with us for customer support, we ask that you provide us with a copy of your communications, other information we think may be of interest to you, and information about how we treated you. Information about your use of our services, such as your email address. For example, you may send us emails containing information about application performance or other issues.

Information Collected Automatically

Usage and log information. We collect information about your activities on our Services, including service-related information, diagnostic information, and performance information. This includes information about your activities (how you use our Services, your Services settings, how you interact with other users of our Services (including your interactions with Service Providers), the timing, frequency and duration of your activities and interactions, log files, diagnostics, crashes, performance logs and reports. This also includes information about when you log to use our Services and the payments or business features you use, your profile picture, “about me” information; whether you are online, when you last used our Services, and when you last updated your information.

Third Party Information

It should be noted that, in general, any user can take screenshots of conversations and messages and send them to Mawgoud or anyone else or post them on another platform.

• User reports. Just as you may report other users, other users or third parties (third parties) may also report to us your interactions and messages with them through our Services. For example, reports can be about potential violations of our terms and policies. When you submit a report, we collect information about both the reporting user and the reported user.

If you send a message to a service provider on Mawgoud, please be aware that the content you share may be seen by many people within that company or service provider.

We enable you and third parties, such as businesses and service providers, to communicate and interact with each other using our services, such as business catalogs on Mawgoud that enable you to browse products and services and place orders. Service Providers may send you transaction and appointment notifications, product and service updates, and marketing. In addition, we don't want you to have an unwanted experience, as with all of your communications, you can manage these communications, and we will respect your choices.

Information We and You Share

Your information is shared when you use and communicate with others via our services. We share your information in order to administer, enhance, comprehend, personalize, support, and advertise our services.

We work with these companies to support our services, such as providing technical infrastructure, delivery and other systems, marketing our services, conducting research and surveys for us, protecting the safety, security and integrity of users and others, and assisting with customer service. Mawgoud shares information globally, with our partners and service providers, and with those you communicate with around the world, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your information may, for example, be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States; The countries or territories in which our affiliates and partners, or our service providers, are located; or any other country or territory in the world where our services are provided outside where you live for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
